Mary's Gone Crackers was founded in 2004. Mary Waldner, at age 43 found out she had celiac disease. This discovery changed her life forever and spawned the creation of her own brown rice, quinoa, flax, and sesame seed gluten free crackers.
Mary Waldner became super passionate about her gluten free creations. She found her friends and family loved the crackers. Mary's motivation in creating these crackers was to heal people and help give other people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities a healthy, fun alternative. One special day in 1999, Mary woke up with a knowing that she was to start manufacturing her crackers on a large scale. 5 years later, Mary's Gone Cracker's was born and is one of the leading gluten free crackers out there.
