The human body has four levels of health: spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. To support you in getting off to a solid start this year, here are 25 reflections for the coming year. Consider the importance of each question and the choices and opportunities they present for you this year. I hope you use this as a checklist and guide for there is much to be gleaned from this list. Wishing you much love, laughter and heart-fulness in 2015.


1) Did you laugh 365 times, with at least 10 big “belly” laughs?
