Delivery Method

We happily ship all over the world.

You will receive your order via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail or FedEx within approximately three (3) to ten (10) days of placing your order, depending on your location, product availability, and the shipping method you choose. Although most often your order will arrive fairly quickly. If you're ordering from a country other than the United States your order will take longer. Shipping charges are calculated based on the carrier you choose, speed of the shipping option you select, and the weight of the item/s you order. On some occasions, the actual shipping charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge. We sometimes change the shipping method if we feel another carrier or option will work better.  If you package shows delivered but you did not receive it please contact your local USPS Post Office or FedEx customer service, most often they will hunt your package down.  If your package is still not located the next step is to file a claim with the carrier.  Once we ship your order it is between you and the carrier to sort out claims for losts or stolen packages, but it is rare that a package is misdelivered or does not arrive.  

International Orders

Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S.A., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Zebra Organics, Inc. is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the shipment, so if you have a question or concern, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering. It is also your responsibility to know what your country allows you to bring into your country. Allow extra time for transit and customs inspection.

Back Orders

Occasionally if an item is on back order, or out of stock, we will ship the items as soon as it is back in stock. The customer also has the option to order another item or receive a refund on the item/s on back order.

Pre-Approval Return Policy

Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Shipping is not refundable and customer pays for return shipping once return is approved. Credit will be given after the unused product is returned and inspected. Some Foods and Supplements may not be returned. No refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.

Recycled Packaging

We reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our store as often as possible. Reusing materials is the best way to keep our "footprint" light on the planet." We use new materials made of recycled material as often as possible.

Zebra Organics, Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this Shipping and Return Policy policy at any time and for any reason.
